You can see the IVC collaspse almost 50%. Prefer the likelihood of therapertic for volume depletion not diuretic or inotrope in this patient.

An old woman came in with hypotension History of heart failure and edema.
However while resuscitate, ultsubcostal view ultrasound show lung heterogenous consolidation.

A young man come in with multiple gun shot wound. Community hospital already put in ICD
and it fluctuate well.
The StO2 still low. The follow up CXR still didn't come yet.
I decide to check on ultrasound.
The "sea shore" sign can be easily see on top image. (the granular vertical artifact that don't have in the lower image)
I use curve probe instead of linear to see if you have only curve probe what would you see. So it is the same.
CXR show pneumothorax did not drain enough.
